The process begins by filling out the interest form. Our team will then review your information and may invite you to talk with an office broker. If both parties decide to continue, you will take part in the onboarding and initial training process.

We will ask you for basic contact information and some details about your experience, interests and motivation to build a real estate career. This will help us get to know your profile better before the interview.

9. Can I apply if I currently work in another field?
